Adult Learn to Row Sunday, October 2nd

Our Adult Learn to Row start this Sunday morning, October 2nd! Please meet us at the Sea Scouts building right on the shore. 

To get to the Sea Scouts:

Parking is just off Lake Terrace at the Taharepa Reserve. Park down by the fancy public toilets and then walk south down the path 3 minutes to the Sea Scouts building.

We have staggered start times by age bracket as follows:

54 years and above                  8 am

49 to 53 years                           8:30 am

43 to 48 years                           9 am

35 to 42 years                           9:30 am                      

29 to 34 years                           10 am 

18 to 28 years                           10:30 am

Metservice is forecasting a stop in the rain around 7am. We will kickoff regardless. If the weather is still poor, our sessions will be quicker but you will still get a bit of training on rowing technique on the rowing machines upstairs (and a cuppa after).
